Apparently Lucas didn’t realize we would eat the Minion hard-boiled eggs he created with Jackie (our nanny)…Lucas yelled “Dada don’t eat him!!!” while crying.

Tricycle Ride
Loving the gorgeous spring weather in AZ! On our tricycle ride, we met Lucy & Desi (ducks who hang out in the front yard of our neighbor’s house). The ducks even have their own water bowl & are given a serving of Cheerios everyday. Lucas threw them a nutter butter cookie & the ducks walked right past the cookie like it was worthless. Only Cheerios are good enough for these high class ducks. Ha!
Happy Valentine’s Day
World Pediatric Project
Great story about an EA/TEF baby (like Lucas) who was born in Belize where the defects cannot be treated. The baby was flown to the US for surgery by World Pediatric Project. Without the donated medical flight and the US surgeons, this precious baby would have died in Belize. We are so blessed to have top quality medical care in the US!!!

Happy 69th Birthday, Papa
For Papa Lou’s 69th birthday, we had a fun party at our house with Aunt April, Uncle Craig, Logan, Ronan, & Gigi. We started the party off with dancing & glow sticks!!!
Papa – I love our daily phone calls when you check in to see how my day is going. It doesn’t matter how boring my day has been, you always sound so excited to hear about it! I greatly appreciate your guidance on issues big or small. You are an outstanding role model to Lucas on how to put your faith in the Lord and remain positive at all times! Of course, you are Skyler’s favorite babysitter when we go away on trips. Thanks for working hard to curb Skyler’s potatoe chip addiction!
Lesson Learned: Glow sticks make it extremely difficult for our camera to take a picture in focus. Ha!
